My father always taught me its important to 'be prepared'---no wait, was that the boyscouts? or... was it G.I. Joe---anyway, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that he's good to go whether it gets real warm, real cold, or just straight up flash floods.
I was also raised on this "be prepared" mentality. Which is why I pack a jacket everywhere I go. Even in Florida.
Obviously Canadian.
